INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Poppy’s Natural Skincare in relation to your use of this website.
By browsing and using this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website and you may not rely on any part of it.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by any of the following methods, namely Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged by us. Please note that all credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If for any reason the issuer of your card does not honour the payment to Poppy’s Natural Skincare, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Cancellation By You:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order at any time within 7 (seven) working days of us receiving your order. You must do so by email to ​info@poppysns.co.uk​ quoting your order number.
If your order has already been delivered to you, you must return it to us in secure packaging at your own cost. We will advise you of the returns process when you email us to cancel the order.
Please note that if your returned goods are not received by us for any reason, including packages lost in the post, we will be unable to issue a refund. To avoid such issues please ensure your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or trackable international courier. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our fulfilment centre. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are securely wrapped.
A refund of the original amount (minus the original delivery cost) will be made once it has been determined that the returned goods are unopened with tamper seals still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition.
Cancellation By Us:
We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order; if we do not deliver to your area or if an incorrect price was listed in error. Any cancellation will be notified by email and any payment made will be credited back to your payment card as soon as practicable.

Product Variation: Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be very slight variations in product colour, scent or texture - rest assured, quality is never compromised. These variations are simply due to natural seasonal changes in plant material.
On rare occasions, our packaging specification may be other than as advertised.
No responsibility will be accepted for the misuse of our products or deterioration of our products arising from incorrect storage or use.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information, materials and products found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
